Each plan has a fixed DiPlato fee on every successfully paid order. The diner pays it and sees it before paying. It’s never a percentage of the order, and DiPlato never takes a percentage of your sales. Your restaurant pays Stripe’s card processing fees separately.
Plan operating capacity: 500 / 2,000 / 7,500 paid orders per month. Capacity is not a fee allowance. The platform fee applies to every successfully paid order — including every order inside your capacity. Capacity never removes the fee.
Going over your plan’s operating capacity never stops orders and there is no extra charge.
Launch Package
Guided implementation and go-live service. You set up in the product; a DiPlato specialist cleans up your menu once, reviews your readiness, checks your launch and supports you for 30 days after you go live.

Estimate based on your inputs — not a quote and not a promise that you’ll pay less. Compares recurring platform/service costs paid by the restaurant. Payment processing and other third-party costs are separate. One-time setup is not included.
Launch runs direct ordering. Growth adds the tools to understand your customers and bring them back, with 4× the operating capacity and 10 team users. Pro scales volume, team and locations. The fixed per-order DiPlato fee is paid by the diner, and it’s lower on larger plans.
